50th Anniversary Gala
     
 Guild Members gathered aboard the steam ferry BERKELEY to celebrate
 fifty years of ship model crafting in San Diego.

A Golden Anniversary
50 Years in San Diego!

Fifty years after a couple of local ship model craftsmen first met to discuss the formation of a club for like-minded enthusiasts, our Guild celebrated their foresight with a Gala dinner aboard the BERKELEY on San Diego's Embarcadero.

On Tuesday, September 14, 2021 old friends and new came together face to face following a 15 month hiatus due to the global pandemic, making a special occasion doubly so.  All were treated to chanteys, raffles, barbeque, cake, and especially the opportunity to renew old ties and make new friends.
